In addition to spending time wandering the streets in Brugges, we spent a lot of time searching for the "perfect" chocolate. I think we did find it -- but not without excitement. On crowded cobbled streets the backpack is the preferred mode of transportation for one curious little baby. The only downfall of the backpack is that Mikayla (recently given the call sign GRABBER) can get at anything she can reach without the person carrying her (mom) knowing what her intent is. We didnt realize that Mikayla was on a search for the perfect Easter Bunnny, until we heard a loud "CRUNCH" behind us. What lay on the ground was the obvious aftermath of a chocolate Easter Bunny accident scene and broken eggs shattered within a beautiful Easter keepsake box. Of course, the very kind shop lady said "oh I'm sorry, the bunny is broken", which can be translated to "oh, you suckers, you just bought yourself $50 worth of not so good chocolate that is packaged in a container made in Culver City, California". Such is life, at least it wasnt a $100 bottle of wine -- if it was, luke and i may have puled out straws and had to drink it off the floor. As we were leaving (picture shopkeeper with a smug look on her face) she stated "your daughter has good taste, it was the nicest one". Of course it was. So of all the places in the world that "You Break it You Buy It" has the least impact -- i daresay it's Brugges. Because chocolate tastes the same broken or not.

The scene of the crime.

The poor poor broken Bunny surrounded by a few smashed eggs.

The suspect, pictured below, who may be giving Auntie Frannie a call for some good representation and legal advice.
