carson and mikayla chillin

Carson Ray Wichman is my very first boyfriend, he's 6 weeks younger than i am, and a Gemini. This was our first picnic on the Mosel with our families. On our Mosel cruise daddy frogot to check to see where the boat actually dropped us off -- it was 1 mile from where the car was parked -- oops. We waited for him on a picnic table and enjoyed the German summer.

mum and pop said i had to wear a hat to protect me from the sun, but this is shear craziness. I won't be able to see any of the scenery passing by -- i cant wait until i can use my hands better to fix this stuff.
we met all our friends at the kloster machern and set sail on my very first boat trip....

our friends kirstin and jeff arrived from Michigan that very day...3 hours later they were drinking wine on the Mosel.
They said the drinking age was young in Germany, but this is ridiculous. This is a photo of me after Germany lost to Spain in the Eurocup.

first fathers day

we celebrated with Mandi, Ryan, and Carson (3weeks old) by hagning out in the sun at the Kloster Machern. It doesnt get much better than this.

my squeaky little friend who sings me to sleep and my guardian angel who also cleans my ears and protects my toys.

european travels

Mikayla is a great traveller with the help of Auntie Tashy. At 3 weeks we headed to Amsterdam and Keukenhof gardens. By the age of 5 weeks she had already been to 5 countries (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands). Next on our list -- back to the states and Norway in August.

Lots of splashing followed by lots of ZZZZZ's. I am especially fond of the ZZZZZ's with the wee one.

Mikayla arrived on 31 March 2008 at 8:03 am. It has been a blur since then.
